Identity Glitch

In this collection, I aim to reflect the importance of mindfulness and self-love in today's overwhelming world.

Life seems to be accelerating, bombarding us with an unreasonable amount of information every minute. At times, I found myself yearning to escape to a remote island or deep forest to seek ultimate quiet. However, the truth is that serenity lies only within our own minds. People grappled with similar challenges even two thousand years ago, as Marcus Aurelius wisely noted:

“People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills. There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.”
